The small jar of GRB ghee, for finishing more than frying: a spoon over pongal, into halwa, or brushed on a paratha. Ghee keeps well but it is better bought in a size you will finish, and 200ml is about right if it comes out once a week.
How to use it
Warm it before use if the kitchen is cold, since it sets firm. Use it for a tarka, for rice with podi, and for sweets where the fat is most of the flavour.
If you cook with ghee daily, the GRB Pure Ghee 1L is far better value. Both sit in butter and cow ghee.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep in an airtight container.
