GRB Pure Ghee is clarified cow milk fat from GRB, the South Indian dairy brand known for its sign of purity cow and a ghee with a rich, nutty aroma and grainy texture. The only ingredient is cow milk fat. This 500ml jar, holding 455g, is a practical size for everyday tadka, festive sweets and the diya on the puja shelf.
How to use it
Spoon ghee into a hot pan for tadka with cumin, mustard seeds and curry leaves, or brush it over hot rotis and dosas. It is the cooking fat of choice for Navratri vrat food: fry sabudana vada, kuttu puri and samak rice in it, and use it to roast rajgira or singhara flour for halwa. For Diwali, ghee goes into besan laddoo, Mysore pak and sheera, and a little ghee lights the diya for aarti.
