Cadbury Instant Hot Chocolate is a drinking chocolate with skimmed milk powder and whey already in the mix, so it needs only hot water from the kettle. Fat-reduced cocoa powder makes up 15% of the powder, and there is 3.5% Cadbury milk chocolate blended through it. It is a different product from the Cadbury drinking chocolate in a tin, which is stirred into hot milk. The 250g jar makes 8 to 9 mugs. How to use it
Put 4 heaped teaspoons, about 28g, into a mug, pour on 200ml of hot water and stir until smooth. Made this way, a mug comes to 112kcal. It suits the office kitchen, a flask on a cold walk or a late night mug when there is no milk in the fridge. Keep the lid screwed on tight between uses so the powder stays loose.
