How to use them
Boil, fry, scramble or poach them for breakfast, or whisk them into a masala omelette with onion, green chilli, tomato and coriander. Halve hard boiled eggs into an egg curry, add them to biryani, toss them through fried rice or kottu, and use them for sponges, pancakes and batters.
