Bacofoil Non-Stick Baking Paper is a 5m roll of unbleached, greaseproof paper, 38cm wide, with a non-slip base that keeps it flat on the tray. Nothing sticks to it, it does not curl, and there is no need to grease the tin, so cakes, biscuits and roast vegetables lift off cleanly and the oven stays clean. The paper comes from FSC certified and controlled sources. Find more baking supplies in our Baking range.
How to use it
Pull out a length, cut it on the box blade and lay it in the tin or on the tray, non-slip side down. Line cake tins and loaf tins, bake nankhatai and cookies on it, or wrap fish in a parcel for the oven. It is safe up to 220°C in conventional, combination and microwave ovens, but keep it clear of a naked flame, the heating elements and the oven sides, and take care as it can get hot in the microwave.
