Bacofoil The Original Kitchen Foil is a 5m roll of aluminium foil, 30cm wide, with a diamond structure that makes it extra tear-resistant and helps it hold its shape. It is heat-resistant for grilling, baking and roasting, and it wraps and freezes food just as well. The box has a curved blade and side tabs that lock the roll in place. How to use it
Line a grill pan or roasting tin, tent a joint or a tray of tandoori chicken while it rests, or fold a parcel around fish and spices before it goes in the oven. Keep the foil away from a naked flame and electric elements, and do not use it in the microwave. Very salty or acidic food such as tamarind or tomato can mark aluminium, so lightly oil the foil first. After use, scrunch it into a ball for recycling.
