Dairy Valley Paneer is a traditional Indian style paneer, naturally soft and white, made from pasteurised milk set with acetic acid. It has a fresh, milky flavour and a firm texture that cubes neatly and stays whole in a curry, with no added salt. The larger 450g block is the right size for family meals, parties and batch cooking. How to use it
Cube it for paneer butter masala, shahi paneer, palak paneer and mattar paneer, or cut thick slices for the grill and tandoor. Thread marinated cubes onto skewers with peppers and onions for paneer tikka, crumble it into bhurji, or fry fingers for chilli paneer. Soaking the cubes in warm water for a few minutes keeps them soft. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and use within 3 days.
