Ching's Secret Green Chilli Sauce is a thin, sharp sauce of green chillies with a fresh, grassy heat, the green bottle that sits next to the red one on every Desi Chinese table in India. Shake it over Hakka noodles, fried rice, momos or spring rolls, or stir it into a gravy when you want heat without the deep red colour. The 190g glass bottle holds about 31 servings. How to use it
Add a teaspoon or two at the end of tossing veg noodles or egg fried rice, with a splash of soy and vinegar. Mix it with tomato ketchup for a quick dip for pakoras, samosas and sandwiches, or brush it over paneer or chicken tikka before grilling. It is hot and salty, so add a little, taste, then add more. Close the cap tightly after each use.
