Alpro Barista Soya is a soya drink created with baristas for a smooth, mild taste that lets your favourite coffee blend come through. It steams into a fine microfoam for latte art and holds up in cappuccinos, flat whites and iced coffee. Made from non-GMO soya, it is packed with plant protein, low in sugars and saturated fat, and a source of calcium and vitamins B2, B12 and D2, with no dairy, gluten, colours or preservatives. How to use it
Shake the carton well and chill it before use. Steam in a milk jug or frother to no more than 65°C and do not re-steam. At home, heat it gently in a pan, foam it with a hand mixer until it doubles in size, tap the pan to pop the larger bubbles and pour over espresso. It is just as good in tea, hot chocolate, cereal and smoothies.
