Alpro Barista Coconut is a coconut drink blended with soya and created with baristas, so it steams into a silky microfoam for lattes, cappuccinos and flat whites. Coconut milk brings a light tropical taste that works hot and frothy or poured over ice, while the soya adds body and plant protein. It is long life, low in fat, a source of calcium and free from dairy, gluten, colours and preservatives. Find more dairy-free drinks in our Plant Milk range.
How to use it
Shake the carton well and chill it before use. Steam in a milk jug or frother to no more than 65°C and do not re-steam. At home, warm it gently in a pan and foam it with a hand mixer until it doubles in size, then tap the pan to pop the larger bubbles and pour over espresso. Try it cold in iced coffee, cold brew, chai lattes and smoothies.
