TAJ Diced Ginger is fresh ginger root, peeled and finely diced, then frozen with nothing added, so the warm, zesty bite of ginger is ready whenever you start cooking. It saves peeling and chopping for every curry, dal and stir fry, and the resealable bag lets you shake out just a spoonful at a time. How to use it
Cook straight from frozen: stir the diced ginger directly into your cooking with onions and garlic at the start of a curry or tadka, or add it to soups, marinades and stir fries. Remove only the quantity you need and return the rest to the freezer straight away. If the pieces clump together, squeeze the bag to break them apart.
