Surya Crushed Garlic Cubes are pure crushed garlic, nothing added, frozen into neat 20g cubes so you can drop the exact amount into the pan without peeling or chopping. Each cube is roughly four cloves, which makes it easy to build the base of a curry, tadka or stir fry in seconds. How to use it
Use directly from frozen in sautéing, soups, stews and sauces: add a cube to hot oil with onions and let it melt and sizzle, and it cooks from frozen in about 5 minutes. To defrost, leave at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes. One cube replaces about 4 cloves and one teaspoon about 1 clove. Once defrosted, keep in the fridge, use within 48 hours and do not refreeze.
