How to use it

• The tomato stage of almost any curry: add after the onions have browned and cook until the oil separates
• Rajma, chana masala and keema, where the tomato juice becomes the gravy
• Shakshuka, pasta sauces and a quick pizza sauce
• Heat the tin gently for five to six minutes on its own as a base for soup
