Flora Pure Sunflower Oil is the familiar 1 litre bottle of neutral, high smoke point cooking oil. It covers most of what a kitchen asks of a single oil: frying, baking, roasting, dressings and marinades. The Flora label is the reason most people reach for it; if you want the same job done under a different name, the East End Sunflower Oil 1L behaves identically in a curry.
How to use it
Use it for the onion and spice base, for deep frying pakora and samosa at 170 to 180C, and for stir frying in a kadai or a wok. Do not pour hot oil back into the bottle.
