Delverde Lasagne is a 250g box of flat durum wheat semolina sheets that need no boiling first. Layer them dry with your sauce and the pasta takes up the moisture as it bakes, which saves a pan of water and the business of fishing out hot sheets. The pasta is made in Italy, at the Sansepolcro mill in Tuscany. Find more shapes in our Pasta range.
How to use it
Build the dish in alternating layers, sheet then sauce, making sure every sheet is fully covered so no dry corner is left standing proud, and bake at 200 degrees C for 30 to 35 minutes. A classic ragu and bechamel works, and so does a keema or a spinach and paneer filling with a loose tomato sauce. Let it stand a few minutes before cutting so the layers hold.
