This is the strawberry version of the Coppenrath & Wiese frozen cheesecake: a biscuit-crumb base, a soft cheese and yoghurt filling, then whole glazed strawberries across the top, which make up 29% of the cake. The filling is light and set soft, closer to a German kasekuchen than a dense baked New York slice. The box holds 485g, enough for a family pudding. How to use it
Unwrap it frozen, lift it onto a flat plate and give it three hours at room temperature. Slice down through the strawberry layer with a thin knife wiped between cuts so the glaze does not drag. Keep what is left in the fridge and eat it the next day; the pack says not to re-freeze it.
