Continental Live Natural Set Yogurt Whole Milk is made with whole milk and a special blend of cultures, setting thick and creamy in the pot with a mild, natural taste. It comes from Continental, a family run dairy making yogurt and paneer since 1984, and the pot carries vegetarian and gluten free marks. How to use it
Serve it plain alongside curry, biryani and parathas, or make raita with cucumber, onion and mint. Its rich texture suits marinades, kadhi, dahi vada and sweet or salted lassi, and it can be hung overnight in muslin for a thick shrikhand. For breakfast, add fruit and a drizzle of honey. Keep the tub in the fridge and use by the date on the lid.
