Colgate Plax Fresh & Protect in Cool Mint is an alcohol free daily mouthwash with fluoride, meant for the rinse after brushing when you want the mint to last. It carries 225 ppm fluoride and cetylpyridinium chloride, and the 250ml bottle is small enough for a washbag. Find more toothpastes, brushes and rinses in our Oral Care range.
How to use it
Rinse with it after brushing, swill it round the mouth and between the teeth, then spit it out without swallowing. Leaving it a little while before eating or drinking gives the fluoride longer on the enamel. Without ethyl alcohol it does not sting, which makes it easier to use twice a day.
