Chio Gold Fischli Cascaval Cheese are crunchy baked crackers shaped like little golden fish, flavoured with cascaval, the mellow yellow cheese loved across Romania and the Balkans. Made with wheat flour and rapeseed oil and dusted with cheese powder, they are light, savoury and moreish, with the pack marked as a source of fibre. How to use it
Tip the crackers into a bowl for snacking, drinks or film night, or pack a handful into a lunchbox. They also work as a crunchy topping scattered over tomato soup, or alongside a cheese board, olives and dips. Fold the bag closed after opening and keep it in a dry place away from sunlight so the crackers stay crisp.
