Britannia The Original Bourbon is a crisp chocolate biscuit sandwiched with a smooth chocolate creme and sprinkled with sugar crystals, a box of the tea time classic for the whole family. Each rectangular biscuit is stamped with the Bourbon name and has a deep cocoa flavour with a sweet, creamy centre, made with cocoa powder, milk and a touch of milk chocolate. How to use it
Serve with tea, coffee or a cold glass of milk, or pack a couple into lunchboxes. Bourbons can be crushed into a biscuit base for cheesecakes, layered into trifles and dessert jars, or blended with milk and ice cream into a thick chocolate shake. Keep the box closed and in a cool, dry place so the biscuits stay crisp.
