Britannia 50-50 Maska Chaska are light, crisp crackers with a sweet and salty bite, finished with butter and flecks of dried chives. Maska means butter, and chaska a flavour you keep coming back to, so these square crackers sit between a biscuit and a savoury snack. How to use it
Enjoy them straight from the pack with masala chai or coffee. Top with a little cheese, chutney or a spoon of chopped onion, tomato and coriander for a quick chaat style snack, or serve alongside soup. A serving is about 13 crackers, so the 62g pack holds two servings.
