This brass aarti lamp has a round, footed bowl set on a long flat handle engraved with a leaf pattern, so the flame can be circled in front of the deity at arm's length. How to use it
Place a camphor tablet, or a cotton wick in ghee or lamp oil, in the bowl and light it. Hold the handle and wave the flame in slow circles during aarti, then set the lamp down on its foot and rest. Let it cool fully before cleaning, then wipe it with a soft cloth; brass cleaner or lemon and salt bring back the shine.
