BJ Mozzarella is a block of medium fat soft cheese made from pasteurised cows' milk, salt and non animal rennet, so it is suitable for vegetarians. It melts into long, stretchy strings and browns nicely under the grill, which is why the pack calls it perfect for pasta and pizza. The block grates or slices easily and is made by B.J. How to use it
Grate it over homemade pizza, pasta bakes and lasagne, or layer it into toasties and paninis. It works well in Indian-style fusion dishes too: stuff it into parathas and kulchas, scatter it over masala garlic bread, or melt it into chilli cheese toast. Keep the block refrigerated between 1°C and 5°C and wrap any cut cheese well.
