Arla LactoFREE Semi Skimmed is a long life milk drink made from semi skimmed milk with a lactase enzyme added, so the lactose is broken down and the milk is easier to digest for people who are sensitive to it. It keeps a real dairy taste and is rich in protein and vitamin B12 and a source of calcium. Because it is UHT treated, the carton keeps in the cupboard until opened. How to use it
Use it just as you would regular milk: in tea, masala chai and coffee, poured over cereal and porridge, or blended into smoothies and lassi. It works well in cooking too, from kheer and custard to white sauces and mashed potato. Once opened, reclose the carton and refrigerate at once, and use within 3 days for the best taste.
