Anchor Salted Butter is a classic block of double churned butter with a rich, creamy taste and just a touch of salt, made in Westbury in the West Country. The ingredient list is simply butter and salt, and the block carries the Red Tractor certified standards mark. How to use it
Spread on hot toast, crumpets or fresh bread, or melt over vegetables and jacket potatoes. Use it for shortbread, cakes and pastry, or brush it on parathas and naan straight from the pan. Melt a spoonful into dal or butter chicken at the end of cooking for extra richness. Keep it in the fridge, or freeze for up to three months and defrost it in the fridge.
