Amul Kool Badam is a ready to drink flavoured milk from Amul, the dairy co-operative of Anand in Gujarat, with the sweet almond and saffron-coloured look of the badam milk sold at Indian milk bars. Toned milk is sweetened and flavoured with badam and caramel, then UHT treated so the 180ml bottle keeps without a fridge until opened. It is a handy single serve for lunch boxes, picnics and travel. How to use it
Shake the bottle well before opening and drink it as it is, or chill it in the fridge first for the best taste on a warm day. Pour it over ice, serve it alongside samosas or biscuits at tea time, or blend it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a quick badam shake. Finish the bottle once opened, as the label says not to store it after opening.
