7Ray Organic White Coconut Cooking Oil 500ml

7Ray white coconut cooking oil is the neutral grade of organic coconut oil, made for the hob. In the 500ml glass jar it looks like the virgin oil but tastes of very little, so it will not carry coconut flavour into a curry, and it holds a high heat well. Pick this one for frying without the aroma; pick the 7Ray organic virgin oil when the coconut note is the point.

How to use it

Melt a spoonful for the onion and spice base of a curry, or for shallow frying dosa, vada and pakora. It also suits roasting and baking where a recipe asks for a neutral fat. It is solid below room temperature, so measure it by the spoon.
