Freshways Whole Milk is pasteurised, homogenised whole milk in a 2 litre bottle, with a rich, creamy taste from 3.5g fat per 100ml. Whole milk gives the fullest flavour in tea and coffee and the creamiest results in Indian sweets and desserts, where the extra fat helps milk reduce down beautifully. How to use it
Boil with tea leaves, sugar, cardamom and ginger for a rich masala chai, or use for kheer, payasam, rasmalai, basundi and homemade paneer and yoghurt, where whole milk gives the best set and texture. It is also perfect for cereal, hot chocolate, milkshakes and sauces. Keep it refrigerated and upright, and use within 3 days of opening.
