Delphi Classic Houmous Dip is a rich, flavourful houmous made in the UK with cooked chickpeas, tahini, lemon and a touch of garlic, blended smooth with rapeseed oil. Chickpeas make up more than half of every pot, giving a creamy, nutty dip with a bright lemon finish. It is approved as vegan by the Vegetarian Society and ready to eat straight from the pot. How to use it
Stir before serving, then scoop with warm pitta, crackers, crisps or carrot and cucumber sticks. Spread it in wraps and falafel pittas, spoon it alongside grilled chicken or kebabs, or add a dollop to a salad bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of paprika for a quick mezze plate. Keep it chilled and use within 3 days of opening.
