Dealicious Mealz Mouth Freshener is the sweet mukhwas that comes round on a tray once the plates are cleared, built on sesame seed and fennel with sugar candy, coconut and dry dates through it. The sugar coated pieces are the coloured ones; the fennel and sesame carry the actual flavour. It comes in a screw top jar of 325g, which is enough for a dining table bowl and a refill. How to use it
Tip a few spoonfuls into a small bowl or a mukhwas box and pass it round at the end of a meal, a pinch at a time. It also goes into a jar on a shop counter or a handbag tin. Close the jar tightly after each use and keep it out of strong light, since the sugar coating turns sticky in a warm kitchen.
