Bettina

Bettina gloves are thin, single use vinyl gloves sold in dispenser boxes. The packs list them for food preparation, housekeeping and general domestic work, and they are powder free, so nothing transfers to dough, raw meat or a clean worktop.

You will find Bettina in household cleaning, part of our personal care and household department. The range comes in two colours. Black vinyl hides stains from turmeric, henna, hair dye and bleach, and looks tidy for longer during a messy job. Clear vinyl lets you see exactly what you are handling, which many cooks like when shaping kebabs or checking a marinade. Sizes run from small to large, with a size chart on the back of each box.

In a South Asian kitchen a box by the cooker earns its place quickly. Wear a pair to rub masala into chicken for tandoori, to slit green chillies or handle Scotch bonnets, to mix keema for seekh kebabs or to knead a sticky batch of mehndi paste.
