Aquafresh

The three stripes are the brand's signature, and the Triple Protection range is built around three jobs: strengthening enamel, protecting gums and freshening breath. The paste we carry contains 1450 ppm fluoride, the standard level for adults and children over seven, and has a clean, cool mint taste.

Aquafresh sits in oral care in our personal care and household department, so the family toothpaste can go in the same basket as the weekly shop.

Brush twice a day for two minutes, last thing at night and at one other time. Use a pea sized amount for children aged three to six and a smear for younger children, and supervise their brushing. After brushing, spit out the paste and do not rinse with water, so the fluoride stays on the teeth for longer.

Keep the tube capped and stored upright at room temperature. For the rest of the bathroom cupboard, see skin care and our hair oils.
