This is the catering bag of Diamond Foods Kothu Porotta: layered porotta already chopped into small squares and frozen loose, 2.5kg of it, so you can tip out as much as you need and tie the rest back up. How to use it
Work from frozen. Get a wide pan very hot with oil, fry onion, green chilli, curry leaves and your masala, add egg or leftover curry meat, then throw in the frozen porotta and toss it hard for two to three minutes until every piece is coated and hot. Keep the heat high so it fries and does not steam. Finish with a ladle of thin curry gravy.
