Garden Pop-Pan Spring Onion Crackers are thin, round, savoury crackers from The Garden Company of Hong Kong, flecked with spring onion and chives. They bake up light and crisp with a gently salty, oniony flavour and a little sesame, the kind of moreish cracker that disappears quickly from a snack bowl. How to use it
Snack on them straight from the pack, serve with cheese, dips or soft cheese spreads, or crumble over soup for crunch. They pair well with green tea or a hot cup of chai. Reseal opened packs and keep in a dry, cool place away from sunlight.
