Grisbi Nocciola are the original Italian Grisbì biscuits from Vicenzi: a crumbly golden shortcrust shell wrapped around a soft, velvety hazelnut cream. The filling makes up 40% of every biscuit, with hazelnut paste for a rich, toasted nut flavour, and the pastry is made with butter and barn eggs. Each 135g box holds 9 biscuits of 15g. How to use it
Enjoy with an espresso, a cappuccino or a cup of tea, serve on a dessert plate with fresh fruit, or warm for a few seconds so the hazelnut cream softens. They also make a quick, elegant treat to offer guests. Keep the box cool and dry, away from light.
