Essential Cling Film is the long catering roll, about 100m of 8mu film at 30cm wide, so one box lasts a kitchen that covers a lot of bowls. The width is generous enough to go over a full tray of leftovers in a single pull, and the box has its own cutting edge under the flap. It is food safe and suited to the fridge, the freezer and the microwave. More wraps for the drawer sit in our Kitchen Foil & Wraps range.
How to use it
Open the box by sliding a knife under the flap, never a finger, then pull the film across the cutting edge. Over a dish going into the microwave, lay it loosely so steam can escape and keep the film off the food itself. In the freezer it holds moisture in and keeps freezer burn off meat and cooked rice.
Good to know
- Approximately 100m, 30cm wide, 8mu
- Food safe LDPE film
- Microwave and freezer use, not for ovens or browning units
- Sharp cutting edge; keep the film away from babies and young children
