Elephant House Cream Soda in the 400ml glass bottle is the original from Ceylon Cold Stores in Colombo, the vanilla cream soda served at Sri Lankan tea shops, birthday parties and family lunches. It pours clear and fizzy with a sweet, creamy vanilla taste, and the glass bottle keeps it cold and lively. The label marks it as energy reduced, with stevia alongside the sugar. How to use it
Chill the bottle well and open it carefully, covering the cap, as the contents are under pressure. Pour over ice and serve with rolls, patties, a lamprais or a plate of rice and curry. Once open, keep it in the fridge and drink it within three days.
