Complan Royale Chocolate is a chocolate flavoured milk drink powder for school age children, made with 54.7% milk solids and cocoa for a rich, sweet glass of chocolate milk. Two heaped tablespoons make a 33g serving, and the powder mixes into warm milk for a bedtime drink or cold milk for a quick shake. How to use it
Take 2 heaped tablespoons (about 33g) in a glass. Add a little warm or cold milk or water and stir until smooth and creamy, then fill up with more milk or water and stir again. The pack suggests a glass twice a day. Blend it with cold milk and a banana for a thicker shake. Close the lid firmly after each use.
