Young's Fish Fingers are a British freezer classic: minced Alaska pollock, 58% of the recipe, in a crisp golden breadcrumb coating. They are made in the UK with Alaska pollock caught in the Pacific Ocean and carry the Fish for Life responsibly sourced mark. The box holds 10 fish fingers, two servings of four plus a couple spare, from Young's, a name in fish since 1805. How to use it
Fish fingers are best grilled straight from the freezer. Grill: preheat the grill pan on a medium heat, remove all packaging, then cook on the base of the grill pan for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Oven: preheat the oven and baking tray to 220°C, fan 200°C or Gas Mark 7, remove all packaging and cook in the middle of the oven on the baking tray for 12 minutes, turning occasionally. All appliances vary, so make sure they are piping hot throughout before serving.
