Fudco Sweet Lime Pickle is lime pickle in the Gujarati style, where the pieces are cooked soft in sugar and jaggery until the jar is dark, glossy and sticky, with chilli, fenugreek and mustard seed under the sweetness. How to use it
Serve a spoonful on the side of dal and rice, khichdi or a thali, or with thepla, paratha and puri for breakfast or on a journey. It goes well with plain yoghurt rice and with cheese on toast. Use a clean, dry spoon each time, keep the jar in the fridge once opened and finish it within a month, as the label advises.
