Shana Original Paratha is the plain, unleavened flatbread at the heart of the Shana range, with a soft inner texture and a crisp, flaky outside. Made with wheat flour, a palm based margarine, sugar and salt, it has the true taste of the parathas of the northern Indian subcontinent and goes with almost any curry or dal. How to use it
Remove all the packaging and cook straight from frozen. Put a non-stick pan on a medium heat, then place the paratha in the centre of the pan; no oil or butter is required. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown, turning the paratha over every 30 seconds whilst applying gentle pressure to ensure even cooking. Serve with dal, butter chicken, aloo sabzi or a fried egg, or roll it around kebabs for a quick wrap. Cooking times may vary.
