Parle Rusk Milk Premium Rusk is the family size box of Parle's milk rusk, 546g of golden, twice baked bread toast for households that get through rusk every day. The dough is made with wheat flour and a little skimmed milk, baked as a loaf, sliced and baked a second time until each piece is dry and crunchy all the way through. How to use it
