McCain Crispy French Fries are thin fries cut from fresh potatoes and given a light batter coating, so they bake up crisp and light golden in the oven or air fryer. They are made with rapeseed and sunflower oils, and the 700g bag gives about five oven baked servings. Find more freezer favourites in our Frozen Chips & Potatoes range.
How to use it
Cook from frozen. The pack instructions are for 350g. Oven: preheat to 220°C fan, Gas Mark 8, spread a single layer of fries on a baking tray, place at the top of the oven and bake for 14 to 16 minutes, turning now and again, until crisp and light golden. Air fryer: preheat to 200°C and cook for 8 minutes at 2000W, 10 minutes at 1700W or 16 minutes at 1400W, shaking half way. Adjust the time for a different amount and do not overcook.
