Jaimin Jaggery Rusk is a crisp bread toast sweetened with jaggery, the unrefined cane sugar of Indian kitchens, which gives it a mellow, caramel like sweetness and a warm golden colour. It is the Gujarati style toast that goes into every chai break, light and crunchy, with 10% jaggery powder in the dough. The 200g pack holds about five servings. How to use it
