Hartley's Real Fruit Juice Jelly Pot in raspberry is a ready to eat pink jelly made with apple juice from concentrate (6%), coloured with anthocyanins and set with plant gums, so it is suitable for vegans and carries the Vegetarian Society Vegan Approved mark. How to use it
Peel back the lid and eat it straight from the pot with a spoon. It keeps in the cupboard, and it is nicer cold, so chill a few in the fridge before a meal. Put one in a school lunchbox, serve it with vanilla ice cream or a spoonful of custard, or top it with a few fresh raspberries.
