Fudco Dhana Jeera Mix is coriander and cumin ground together, 78% coriander and 20% cumin with a little turmeric, the dhana jeeru that sits next to the chilli powder in a Gujarati masala dabba. The coriander brings a soft, lemony sweetness and the cumin a deeper, smoky note. Find more ground spices in our Coriander Powder range.
How to use it
Stir it into dal, potato shaak, chole or a tomato gravy along with chilli and turmeric, and give it a minute in the oil before adding water. It also goes into thepla dough, muthia and stuffed vegetables.
