Fudco Dhana Jeera Mix is ground coriander and cumin blended in the proportions a Gujarati kitchen uses every day, 78% coriander to 20% cumin, with a pinch of turmeric for colour. Having the two already mixed saves measuring at the stove, and the blend gives dals and vegetables a warm, citrusy, earthy base. This 1kg bag is for households and caterers who cook with it daily. How to use it
Add a spoonful with the chilli and turmeric once the tomatoes go into the pan for shaak, dal or undhiyu. It also seasons theplas, handvo batter, kadhi and the filling for bharela ringan.
