Fudco Daria Dal is split roasted gram, the crisp yellow chana halves sold as daria or dalia, here in an 800g bag for kitchens that get through it quickly. How to use it
Grind it with coconut and green chilli for chutney to go with idli and dosa, or powder it to thicken a curry and bind shami kebabs. It goes into homemade chevda and namkeen, and plenty of people simply eat it with a piece of jaggery.
