Feleacul Glucoza with Vanilla is a Romanian glucose bar with a light vanilla flavour, made from glucose syrup of maize starch and divided into squares that snap apart. A small vitamin and mineral mix is added, so 100g gives thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folic acid and iron, as listed on the pack. The taste is sweet and soft, with the vanilla coming through as the square melts. Find more glucose products in our Glucose range.
How to use it
Break off a square and eat it as it is, on a long walk, before sport or between lessons. The flat bar slips easily into a school bag or a coat pocket. Fold the wrapper closed after opening and keep it dry, as glucose turns sticky in damp air.
