Ekland Iced Tea Lemon is an instant black tea drink in granules with powdered lemon juice and added vitamin C, the classic lemon iced tea made by the spoonful. Stirred into cold water over ice it gives a sweet, sharp glass of tea for a hot afternoon, and in hot water it makes a quick lemon tea. Each 350g jar makes around seventeen cups. How to use it
Add about 4 teaspoons (20g) to a cup or glass, pour over hot or cold water and stir until dissolved. For a jug of iced tea, mix the granules into a little warm water first, then top up with cold water, ice and a few slices of fresh lemon. Use more or fewer spoons to taste, as the granules are already sweetened.
